A little preparation helps
An accurate request makes offers easier to compare. Include the work at both ends of the route, even for a single heavy item.

Before the first box
Publishing a request opens it for carrier quotes. The move is booked when you accept an offer and confirm its price, pickup date and arrival window. A request alone does not dispatch a vehicle or charge you.
Eligible carriers can review your cities, inventory, access needs and preferred schedule. Your street addresses, ZIP codes, phone number and private instructions are visible to you and the carrier whose quote you accept. Put gate codes and other sensitive information in private instructions, not your title or inventory.
You can edit an open request from its detail page. Saving changes clears active quotes and notifies those carriers to review the revised plan. Once booked, coordinate changes with your carrier or contact support.
Compare the total price, pickup schedule, vehicle, crew and estimated hours. Read the scope for packing, supplies, stairs, assembly and any exclusions. Carrier business and license details are self-reported; confirm suitability and any coverage you require directly with the carrier.
Your accepted carrier marks the move started and then delivered. After checking your items, you confirm completion. The shared workspace keeps the accepted offer, private details and activity together. Contact support if a delivery needs attention.
Moving and trucking providers use a MyHomeGuild professional account. Set up a carrier profile with your vehicle, capacity, crew and pickup states, then review matching requests and send a total-price quote.
Use GuildMove for the transport request and carrier quotes. The move-in planner keeps cleaning, furniture assembly, locks and other services as separate requests. Return to that plan after arranging transport and agree on each provider’s timing. A completed move does not automatically book these other services.
