MyHomeGuild is a marketplace platform. Customers and professionals remain responsible for confirming scope, pricing, permits, licenses, insurance, and local requirements before work begins.
Lead/contact rules
Professionals may not misuse customer information, spam users, bypass platform safety rules, or access private contact information before the required approval level.
Keep booking and payment on-platform
Customers and professionals should keep proposals, booking, communication, and future payment inside MyHomeGuild. Real escrow and payment protection are not live unless the platform explicitly says they are configured.
Professional conduct
Professionals should communicate clearly, show up on time, quote honestly, and complete accepted work according to agreed terms.
Bypass review
Professionals may not solicit off-platform payment before booking or use MyHomeGuild leads to avoid platform safety workflows. Suspected violations may be reviewed by administrators.
Limited access
Expired, missing, or rejected documents may limit lead access. High-risk work can require license or insurance verification before proposals or private contact access.
