MyHomeGuild is a marketplace platform. Customers and professionals remain responsible for confirming scope, pricing, permits, licenses, insurance, and local requirements before work begins.
Independent professionals
Professionals listed or contacted through MyHomeGuild are independent professionals or businesses, not employees of MyHomeGuild.
Project responsibility
Customers and professionals are responsible for confirming scope, pricing, timing, access, permits, licenses, insurance, and work expectations before work begins.
Platform tools
MyHomeGuild may provide messaging, profiles, reviews, verification indicators, dispute support, and payment tools where those systems are configured and available.
Platform booking protection
MyHomeGuild protection and dispute support apply only to projects booked and paid through MyHomeGuild when those programs are configured and available. Off-platform communication or payment may reduce support options.
