A NEW PERSPECTIVE ON PROPERTY
Give every room a clearer story. Connect the spaces, shape the walkthrough, and share the version you have reviewed.
Start with the free capture planner. Studio access follows your workspace permissions.
Thoughtfully captured.
Confidently shared.

Browse property listings and open the published tour when one is included. Ask the listing agent about any space you need to see in person.

Plan the rooms and floor connections, prepare the property, and capture with a supported device or retain clearly organized original media.
Authorized project members organize uploads, inspect processing results, edit room navigation and hotspots, and review quality and privacy findings.
Review the final media before sharing. An approved published tour can be attached to an authorized listing, with branded or unbranded presentation where supported.
Capture preparation
After review
Room names, navigation, view positions, and informative hotspots help tell the property story. They still need a review of the underlying photographs and geometry. Confirm the published result before adding it to a listing or sharing the public link.
Property documents and maintenance history belong in the home record with their own access controls.
Explore Home PassportYes. The capture planner runs in your browser, and you can copy or download its brief. It does not create a project or upload media. The actual Studio workspace requires an authorized account and an available environment.
That depends on the capture method, image overlap, device support, and processing result. Ordinary photos alone do not establish accurate scale. Treat dimensions as approximate unless their measurement source has been verified.
Review documents, family photos, faces, license plates, screens, keys, security equipment, and reflections. Removing a room from navigation does not redact the room from photographs or geometry. Inspect the actual final media before approval.
Open a property listing and look for its published GuildTour attachment. Availability depends on that listing having approved media. A tour inquiry or preferred appointment time still needs a response from the agent.
Public store and installer distribution are not offered on this page. Contact the team to confirm current access, supported devices, and the capture workflow for your property before arranging a visit.
Tell the team your device, property type, approximate number of rooms, and intended use. Confirm workspace access and supported capture methods before booking equipment or a visit.
An access inquiry does not book a capture visit or publish a tour. Email opens in your mail app.
