GuildTour Studio ยท Capture planning
Turn a property walkthrough idea into a practical capture brief. List the spaces in visit order, check the preparation, and keep a copy for your operator. You can use this tool before you have Studio access.
This public tool prepares a brief. Processing, editing, and publishing take place in an authorized GuildTour workspace.
Free planning tool
List the spaces, choose a capture approach, and take a useful brief to your operator. Use a property nickname instead of an address. Your plan stays in this browser tab session; copying or downloading it is your choice.
Photograph each room from more than one position, include the doorway, and keep adjacent views overlapping. Ordinary photos do not automatically become a measured 3D model.
No spaces added yet. Start with the entrance, then follow the route a visitor would take.
Add the spaces and work through the preparation checklist. You can export an incomplete plan and finish it with your operator.
A completed checklist records your preparation only. Geometry, dimensions, privacy decisions, and published media must be reviewed in the actual project.
Once your files are captured
Match files to their rooms and floors. Check entrances, connections, missing surfaces, blurred frames, and failed uploads. Retain the originals until the project has been verified.
Inspect faces, documents, reflections, screens, and private spaces. Check scale and floor alignment. Ask for a rescan when the result does not explain the property reliably.
Use reviewed media, confirm branded or unbranded presentation, and open the published result. Attach the approved published version to a listing only when you are authorized to manage both.
Yes. The capture planner runs in your browser, and you can copy or download its brief. It does not create a project or upload media. The actual Studio workspace requires an authorized account and an available environment.
That depends on the capture method, image overlap, device support, and processing result. Ordinary photos alone do not establish accurate scale. Treat dimensions as approximate unless their measurement source has been verified.
Review documents, family photos, faces, license plates, screens, keys, security equipment, and reflections. Removing a room from navigation does not redact the room from photographs or geometry. Inspect the actual final media before approval.
Open a property listing and look for its published GuildTour attachment. Availability depends on that listing having approved media. A tour inquiry or preferred appointment time still needs a response from the agent.
Public store and installer distribution are not offered on this page. Contact the team to confirm current access, supported devices, and the capture workflow for your property before arranging a visit.
Tell the team your device, property type, approximate number of rooms, and intended use. Confirm workspace access and supported capture methods before booking equipment or a visit.
An access inquiry does not book a capture visit or publish a tour. Email opens in your mail app.
