Profile completeness

Connected Google reviews
A successfully connected and synchronized Google business profile can contribute its rating and review count. Unconnected profiles receive no Google review signal.
Why a profile may have no score
New professionals may be eligible to appear before they have enough review or completed-work history to rank. Their profiles show the information available, without treating missing reviews as a customer rating of zero.
Rankings and featured profiles
Rankings relate to a service and location. Featured placement is identified separately. Scores can change with recorded activity and marketplace review; a score does not guarantee availability, workmanship or a project outcome.
